1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. Information that must be provided includes your full name, email address, mobile phone number and any other details requested. You are responsible for updating your information if any changes occur.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbi356 account password. All activity that occurs within your account is considered your own action, unless proven otherwise. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact mbi356 customer support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The mbi356 platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal transaction is RM50. There is no different minimum based on payment method — all methods are subject to the same minimum amount.

Withdrawals are processed within one hour after the request is approved, subject to successful identity verification. mbi356 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal for fraud prevention and compliance purposes.

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be credited to the same account or digital wallet used for the deposit, except in certain circumstances that have received support approval.
• mbi356 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

mbi356 offers various promotions to members, including a welcome bonus for the first deposit. All bonuses are subject to the set wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn before those requirements are met.

Welcome Bonus: Your first deposit qualifies for a bonus of 200% up to a maximum value of RM500. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your account balance to RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount — meaning that RM200 bonus requires total bets of RM4,000 before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General terms that apply to all mbi356 bonuses:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per user, account or device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash.
• mbi356 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there are signs of misuse or promotion exploitation.
• Any attempt to use betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk may be considered a violation of these terms.

6. Game and Betting Rules

All game results generated by the mbi356 system are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the mbi356 system result will take precedence, unless there is strong evidence of a verifiable technical failure.

• Users are not permitted to use any automation software, bots or external tools to assist in playing or placing bets.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical bugs is considered fraud.
• mbi356 reserves the right to void bets accepted during technical disruptions or unusual circumstances.

For sports betting, mbi356 reserves the right to change or cancel odds in the event of a significant error or sudden change in match conditions that affects the fairness of the bet.

7. Accepted User Conduct

You agree to use the mbi356 platform solely for lawful purposes and personal entertainment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Registering multiple accounts to exploit promotions or bypass betting limits.
• Sharing your account with other individuals or allowing third parties to use your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Breaching any of the above provisions may result in immediate suspension, permanent termination of your account and/or legal action depending on the severity of the breach.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, any outstanding bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. Eligible real deposit balances will be returned once the investigation is complete, unless there are valid counterclaims.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
